Try right clicking your mouse on the file and selecting "Cut". Navigate to the directory you want to move it to and right click with the mouse and select "Paste".

It took me a while to figure out that one but now I do it all the time.....

that's what I do. I have a template .html file that I copy anytime I create a new web page. I go into Windows Explorer, and copy/paste it to a new filename....

there is a button above the directory that if you hover over, says "drives/folders" (second button on the left, looks like a drive). This will let you choose "My Computer"

the same thing happened to me. The password is 'admin' and its in the help file (press the F1 key to get the help for the window)...
