To change file permissions:

you can increase the timeout in the global options under the menu View -> Options -> Connections -> Connection Timeout.

Under the advanced settings of your site profile (in the Site Manager) there is an option under "Transfers" that you will need to check - "Uppercase all destination filenames".

The next time you connect, all filenames should be lowercased.

1: The %errorlevel% environment variable used with corecmd.exe.

2: The -output parameter which when used with corecmd.exe, will give you results for each transfer.

In Core FTP there is a help topic called "Command Line" that gives more details.

I've haven't done that many domains but I have done 4-5 at a time. What you do is login to each site and queue up each file for each site (you can queue up files for multiple sites). When you are done, right click on the transfer queue and save it as a template for later in case you want to edit it....

It has results for transfers. Based on the results you can retry your transfer again. Use corecmd.exe to block transfers until they are finished.

take out the -ssldirect option. It should be checked in your site profile.
There should be a space between the site profile and the -p option.

This command line will work:

coreftp.exe -O -site (site name) -d /*.* -p d:\medinfo\dimhl7\autoimport\ -delsrc

I checked and the legacy option isn't in the new version of ssh yet. Use the putty option "use putty compatible SFTP" *and* the "use legacy protocol options" under the advanced -> SSH settings for now.

My bad! It's a button down in the lower right hand corner (when you get prompted to transfer with Core FTP in a browser). Click on it and you get prompted to disable browser integration.

there is a small box in one of the corners of the Core FTP window that lets you disable it. All new browser windows should *not* pop up Core FTP after that.
