Core FTP

Hi there, Just upgraded to build 713 of CoreFTP Server. Upon reboot, service starts but port 21 binding fails (netstat -ano shows no process binding port 21). If I manually restart the service, it works and port binds. Not sure what's going on. Just tried doing Automatic (Delayed Start) on service s...
