When I run ftp.exe ftp.levitatingproductions.com it says unknown host, when I put ftp.levitatingproductions.com in the browser I get the logon prompt and can log in fine. How can I see what's blocking it? I don't see anything in the event log. Thanks

I have been using Core FTP LE for several years using the same saved connections. After Windows 7 installed some updates I get: Can't establish connection --> ftp.levitatingproductions.com:21 @ Sun Oct 09 17:08:17 2016 (87-17) The parameter is incorrect.
