I think this was due to multiple user accounts used in setting up the application. I uninstalled, removed the files and registry entries, reinstalled and set to run as system account. We'll see how it goes.

Ran Windows updates on a 2016 server and now CoreFTP will not let clients connect and the configuration shows empty. The config.dat file is still there and shows users, domains etc. The service starts but there is nothing in the config GUI. Has anyone had trouble after installing windows updates KB ...
