Re: CoreFTP keeps crashing

Sadly, the sites I am having the crashes with are using SSH not SSL. (And I have to use the Putty compatibility to get it to work at all.)

Re: CoreFTP keeps crashing

I have the same problem with CoreFTP crashing all the time, but I'm not getting a coredump.log file, I get stuck at a crash/debug dialog. It seems to be as CoreFTP is disconnecting from the server after finding no files to transfer. (When it actually exits it takes ~3 seconds from when I click the O...

Ctrl-V pastes to the wrong place

When editing a site connection, if you hit ctrl-v to paste text into the host, username, or other field on the screen it actually sends that information to the connected FTP server instead of pasting it. Right click and paste works. This is with 2.2 build 1796. (But I think prior version have done t...

Site import fails if file is read-only

We are having a problem where users can't import a sites file if the file is read-only or located somewhere that they don't have write permissions to.

This is with V 2.2 build 1796.

It just flickers with no message.

Is there a reason that the import shouldn't work for read-only files/locations?

64-bit Install

Is there a way when installing the 64-bit version to make it create the shortcuts for all users instead of just the current user?

We ended up figuring out that it only happened when there were no files in the folder. So we created a dummy file that never gets deleted and that resolved the problem. (I'm pretty sure I tried "Windows SSL" before we figured that out, I can't recall if I tried the "Allow session reus...

Core FTP Crashes When Downloading

I have a number of files on a remote server that cause Core FTP to crash part way through the download. It almost appears to be size related, because multiple files with the same size exhibit the problem. I upgrade from 1765 to 1792 but that didn't make any difference. The file is 40,005 bytes and 3...

Command Line operations failing

I just upgraded from an old version of CoreFTP (1.3 I think) to the newest 2.1 build 1658 and have run into a problem with command line operations. When I use a site to try to transfer files via the command line it tries to change the directory on the remote host even though one is not specified in ...
