Core FTP

Hi,

I am evaluating the 2.1 build 1575 Pro version.

One feature I need is the CPS one. I set up both max values to 2000 for testing, both at the global and the per-site location, and none works. I'm still getting maximum speed when uploading or downloading.

Am I missing something obvious?
