Hello. Using Pro. When I select the 'binary' tool bar button, does this 'force' all files to be uploaded/downloaded in binary regardless of file extension?

I read the info, but my situation is a little different. New computer with all my core data is on a second hardrive. Which file/files do i need to move to the new install of Core Pro?
