Core FTP

Hi, We are a licenced user of CoreFTP server. A few users get timeouts while connecting via FTP, and I am looking at the Domain properties page. There is no documentation that I can see that explains all the options eg. buffer size. Is there documentation that I just haven't spotted or is this stuff...

What am I missing?

I have tested the import with a 1 line text file; contents:
1.0.32.0

click Import, then filename, then OK. Nothing goes into access rules list

Am getting this on connecting to a core ftp server - have reinstalled and checked permissions etc.
any ideas?
