Prompt before rename?
If I rename a file on the server to the same name as an existing file, I effectively overwrite it. For example if I have the files foo.html and bar.html on the server, and rename foo.html to bar.html I lose the original bar.html as a consequence. :( Can I change a setting so that I am prompted first...
