Update
As an update - when I try to connect using Coreftplite, I receive the error message "SFTP connection error - Invalid username or password reported by server" Can anyone shed any light on this? I am using both cases and numbers in the password. Are there any other minimum requirements? Thanks

I am having a problem with authentication. We have previously set up a domain and user that uses Keys to authenticate and this is working successfully.
