Core FTP

Hope someone can help me. I am unable to upload my reports on to the (free) ftp server. I get an error message that "process cannot upload files as file is being used by another process". I am a medical transcriptionist, and if I can't upload my reports, I can't work. Thanks for any assist...

is it possible that I hit a wrong button on the ftp screen? If so, what should I check? Thanks.
