Want to ensure logoff after 1 minute.
We are using Core in the classroom. There are 15 students. The Unix server that hosts our website only allows three concurrent connections and the Unix server is set to auto-logoff after 15 mins. The nature of student work is that they work on their webpages, save, then upload every 5-10 minutes. Th...

Connection Timeout ??
I don't 100% understand what this means. In the Help File, it reads: Connection Timeout -- This is the amount of time that the client will wait to connect to a server. In the Quick Connect window, 1) If Timeout is 5, does this mean 5 seconds or 5 minutes? 2) Does this mean the time Core will wait to...

Yes, random commands are being issued. I am still being disconnected so probably this is due to the server limit. Thanks, Tropical3 That is what you should do in order to stay connected. When you're connected, do you see random commands being issued to the server (in the log)? If you aren't seeing t...

Currently, I am disconnected from my server after 2 mins
Currently, I am being disconnected from my server after 2 mins. In Connections->Advanced one checkbox is "Keep Alive". I've checked it, and set the "Keep Alive (secs)" to 600, hoping to allow myself 10 minutes before getting kicked. I assumed that CoreFTP Pro would send a 'ping'....

Auto timeout .... how to extend the time limit
Newbie here ...
I've tried several times to change the settings so that, when connected to a site, the timeout remains for 10+ mins. I prefer not to have to 'reconnect' at regular intervals.
