Core FTP might not support the verison of AS400 you are using. I say this because the directory looks like Unix, 257 "/QSYS.LIB/QGPL.LIB" is current library The directory format can be added if you can send the directory list by right clicking on the remote directory, then selecting "...

Selecting AS/400 doesn't help. Tried three different servers and doesn't help on any of them.

iSeries

The client works well except when connecting to IBM iSeries (AS/400) systems. It worked at one time, but has not failed.
