cannot click

when I click on a link, it does not going in the next chapter like it should. Could it be the fault of Core FTP. Here's an example. Click on a link and see if it goes anywhere.

I don't understand what to do or what you mean to ask the network person. What do I do? I know nothing about FTP programs so please tell me step by step what I need to do. The program is always disconnecting.

continued unable to establish connection

this FTP continues to give me the same message of not being able to establish connection and I don't know if I should turn off my firewell because I use a wireless router.
