opening port 21 on win7 failed ..

hello,

i just want to put photos from my canon 30d by wlan to coreftp-server on notebook. on win xp there was no problem, i did an update to win 7 and now i get the message from coreftp-server, that port 21 fails.

can someoone please explain to me where here is the difference between win xp and win7 ?

You may need to create a firewall exception for CoreFTPServer\coresrvr.exe in Windows 7. Usually the first time you run Core FTP Server in the GUI, you should get prompted to "allow" it. If you don't then you will need to add the rule manually (in the firewall exception list).
