Hello!
When connecting to my pure-ftpd-server (with AUTH TLS), all seems to work fine for a moment:
USER ...
OK..
PASS ...
OK...
SYST
215 UNIX Type: L8
And then I got:
Application error
The instruction at "0x77fcc4ea" referenced memory at "0x0020954d". The memory could not be "read".
And after that another Application-error-message with different values.
I'm using coreftp 1.2e with Win2K.
Is this a known bug? What can I do?
Thanks in advance & greetings ... Tobias Wiersch
CoreFTP crashes (SSL/TLS connection)
Hello again!
I use the latest version of pure-ftpd (1.0.16c).
I can connect to pure-ftpd with another ftp-client-software normally so I think the problem is in coreftp.
I specified no remote or local directory.
I tried everything, but I always get the crash after "215 UNIX Type: L8".
Can I help you to find the bug?
Tobias

Yes, I wrote:CP wrote:btw, you are using a recent version of Core FTP right?

Maybe the error happens only with W2K because I saw another post here with the same problem under W2K. But somehow the problem was gone in the other case.
Giving you access to my private server at my home is not so easy, but I will try ...
