can somebody tell me what the problem is?? on my router i have the port 21 opened on tcp and udp, so what is wrong?

It's not router related because you are connecting to the server - this is simply an invalid user / password combination. User / passwords are almost always case sensitive.

There is always the possibility that the account might not be setup, or setup incorrectly on the server.

no i rechecked even the person who gave me the account can get on, but i cant for some reason. well he said he could connect with the username:
garrett@abstractvision.info

i tryed, and nothing works. im personaly thinking it has to do with my router or the program just hates me
