Core FTP LITE Command line ssh dir & file names with sp

I am trying to use the command line on core ftp lite ver 1.3 build 1403. I am able to connect to the SSH site using the site command. I am trying to download and upload files to a dir with spaces in it. Also the files have spaces in them. I have tried " and ' around the path info but no luck. Can someone send me the correct syntax on how to do this. Thanks.

I can't get it to work. What syntax should I use? Any ideas?
