HELP can't upload files

I am suddenly having a problem uploading my transcription files. I am running Windows XP. Everything had been working just fine, and now this! I recently received a message from my virus software that it had quarantined one of the Exploit trojans. Could this be responsible? If so, I will manually remove it. Please let me know if this could be a cause. Thanks.

is it possible that I hit a wrong button on the ftp screen? If so, what should I check? Thanks.
