Idle Timeout/protocol error in Filezilla SFTP

Any thoughts on why Filezilla is giving an idle timeout message when connecting via SFTP?

I have enabled SFTP, set the port (22) and generated a self signed cert.

Everything works correctly when connecting via FTP:21 +

Firewall is off

Windows Server 2012 / Filezilla 3.6.0.2

Error: "Idle timeout..."
Error: Could not connect to serve

COREFTP logs don't show the connection.

Update to this thread. Setup this test with no issues.

Problem might be due to firewall, you may need to add coresrvr.exe as a firewall exception .
