Scheduler not picking up queue

I am new to your Pro version (I was a Lite user for a few months) and am trying to schedule a download to run each night to backup files from my web site. I queued up all the folders/files and right clicked to Schedule them to run. The scheduler opens but the files are not loaded into the window. Am I doing something wrong?
