Scheduling a complete folder download

I would like to schedule Core FTP to download any file that has changed OR any new file from my web site hosting account. How can I specify Core FTP to download new files in a folder. When I Queue up the download for scheduling, I can not specify the new files. Is there a way to tell Core FTP to download everything from the server?

I have tried your suggestion but I still can not get the scheduled task to download all my files. I am trying to set up a weekly download of all NEW and UPDATED files from my account (including all folders and subfolders). Per your suggestion, I have queued up a file from the root of my account. I then schedule this as a task. I right click on the queue in the scheduler and select "Overwrite if newer" and replace the filename with "*.*" in the Filename or Filespec field.

The scheduler shows the run as being successful, but none of the new or updated files are being downloaded. What am I missing?
