How to lock user in home directory using winnt user accounts

I am looking to lock (aka jail) users in a directory based on their username. But I also want to use the local WINNT user accounts. I have enable winnt users selected and use base directory + username selected. It starts out okay when I login but then I can change up a directory and see all the other users directories.
