I believe these two situations are related somehow, though I cannot be sure.
Windows XP Professional SP2
CoreFTP v1.3 build 1247
I use SSL on the site in question, just in case it does matter.
When editing multiple files in a program that supports tabbed file navigation, I can edit and upload singular files just fine. Unfortunately, if I leave the text-editing program open and choose to download (edit) another file from the server, the newly downloaded file will not save on edit (even though it's set in the options to do so). I still must close the editor if I wish to edit any further files at any point in time later on.
After this problem, I notice that when I try closing out my FTP connection when I'm done, CoreFTP will not close by either going to File Exit, or by using the big red X. I have to use task manager and force the process to be killed. If I disconnect the current connection before trying to close, the Disconnect option still remains in the File menu. If I then try to Reconnect, I immediately receive a "Connection Failed" message. My problem is recreatable.
If you need any further information, let me know, I'd be happy to oblige.
Multiple File Edit and Exit of Program
...it's not the best video/capture, but since there's a scrollbar type motion slider at the bottom, I think if you really needed to see a screen, you can use that.
