having trouble

I cannot upload my files. Here's the log I get here:

When I've had difficulties of this nature, it's usually been a case where the network guru has blocked outgoing/incoming ports on the firewall. You might check with them and see if port 21 is open.

If the port is not open, I request the network person to open it in both directions in the firewall security and notify me when it's done

I don't understand what to do or what you mean to ask the network person. What do I do? I know nothing about FTP programs so please tell me step by step what I need to do. The program is always disconnecting.

u probably have an Internet firewall running? - tell the firewall (rules) to open the FTP port. Which firewall do you have?
