backup / duplicate users et permissions

hello all

i use 2 FTP servers and 2nd is a mirror of the 1st, for security.

but it's not easy to create accounts, permissions, and others same on the twice.

what are the files to copy / paste the database of the 1st ftp server to the 2nd ?

a part of register ?

i have tried to copy config.dat on \program files\core ftp server\ but it seems no good.

impossible to find config.dat with Windows 7.
hiden and system files are visible.

i don't see anything ....

find with a dir / s under cmd

it's a very very long path .....

c:\users\ftp\appdata\local\virtualstore\program files\coreftpserver

not possible to see it with explorer ... beginner in Seven.
