Per-user SSH keys?

I'm looking at using Core FTP Server at work and it is working good so far. One thing I'm wondering about, though, is how to set up per-user SSH keys for password-less logins? Is there a way of doing this already or is it just not supported (yet)? If it isn't supported yet, would two server registrations help speed up implementation?
