I am in the process of creating a site for my uncle, and he is having trouble connecting to the core ftp account we use. It was working fine on his pc, but now it won't connect on his laptop. I have double checked all of his details that he is putting in against mine and they're the same, only the password is one digit off from mine. As the password when i connect is in asterix, i can't tell him what it is. Is there any other way for me to find out what it is?
