Dunno what's wrong...

Ok...guys...i hope you can help me here. I'm new at this...and i think i have read every tutorial, but for some reason...i can't connect...maybe someone can tell me what am i doing wrong...

my site is: http://addictivedreams.insleephesangtome.com/

where it says host/ip/URL, i write: ftp.addictivedreams.insleephesangtome.com

where it says username and pasword:
((i put them exactly as my friend gave it to me))

port:
21

everything else i leave the default....and when i try to connect it says:

Can't establish connection --> ftp.addictivedreams.insleephesangtome.com:21 @

Am i writing something wrong? i hope someone can help me...

The server isn't responding. It's down or you aren't being allowed to connect to it or it's the wrong host altogether.
You'll need to your hosting provider and ask if they can help.
