Connecting to Webpage Issues

When I try to connect with my webpage through CoreFTP, I get bumped to a browser window saying "This page canâ€™t be displayed"

In the past I was able to use it. I've checked username and passwords, re-installed CoreFTP, but to no avail. My brother can access it from his computer with the same info.

Any ideas on where I'm not getting it right?

Thought it might be the Firewall so I turned Windows Firewall off, but that didn't get me there either.
