Site profile -> Advanced -> SSL/TLS -> Manage Certificates -> Right click right pane, Manage Certificates -> Import

The certificate will not be used unless the "Windows SSL" option is selected in your site profile.

This doesn't work. The Cert is imported into windows but not working with Core FTP.

I know it works because I currently use it with a different FTP client but want to convert to using Core FTP.

Import it under "My Personal". Once it is imported, double click on it and it should show up under the "Manage Certificates" button.

If imported correctly it will show up in the log:

AUTH TLS
234 SSL/TLS enabled... start negotiation
Cert '07 7D C4 DD 47 5A 9F 46 8B 09 60 0C 76 08 2C 40' specified...
