I'm running build 668 and am getting multiple errors with CoreFTP. The logs will basically just show "connecting, connected, disconnecting, disconnected" over and over again, and the client will then see the error message: Server's host key did not match the signature supplied.
I have tried changing my certificate path to a different location and ensuring that the administrator account has full access to it, but it still occurs. This will happen randomly, and seems to happen after a few days (does not coincide with a server restart).
A simple restart of the service resolves the issue. Any ideas as to what might be going on?

There were key corruption fixes in build 671 and later. This sounds like it may be related.
