Not sure what is the problem because I can't connect to SFTP from outside of my Wi-Fi.
When on Wi-Fi, I can conect with any IP included the outside IP when the port is opened on router.
But can't connect when on other IP.
Can't connect to server from outside (Mobile Network)

Your router is blocking the incoming connection on port 22.. You will need to "port forward" port 22 from the router to the IP that Core FTP Server is running on.
