New problem - permissions

I've got a login on the server now, and the client can see and download from the FTP, but not upload. It's in SFTP and the error I get is like this:

The user has full permissions set in CoreFTP Server, so I'm not sure what's up? He can create directories, just not files.

I figured it out - needed to tick the "Allow key authentication" checkbox.
