local connection possible??

Hi,

I've set up Apache/PHP/MySQL locally to test ZenCart.

Do I have to create a connection to Apache to chmod
the files?

I used http://localhost/ZenCart but couldn't connect.

If your files are local to your computer, you simply move the files using Explorer. Apache is not an FTP server by default (there are some modules, but it's not meant to act as an FTP server by ANY means).
