IP Restrictions

I need a FTP Server to supply data to and forth to my remote locations over the web. I do not have sensitive data to transfer. I would like some security so that others can't hack my system. I found other software that uses IP Restrictions and only those IP's can log in. No need for another authorization. Does Core have this feature?
