Hello,
I've tried out your funky SFTP Server (1.0 Build 297) and it rocks! Fast, easy to administrate and really non-bitchy
After setting everything up very quickly, I have a prob to assigning a virtual path.
I've checked your online docu and tried several things to get it work.
Concretely:
I've set up a SFTP User with a base dir and a private home dir inside on drive c (yes, I am win user) (base path: C:\ftp\; home: C:\ftp\test).
Then I created a virtual path : (name: dl; real path: d:\downlods; mapped path: %HOME%).
My problem is not a permission thing, but I don't get the virtual path listed in my SFTP clients (tried WinSCP and CORE FTP LE [v2.1 Build 1607])
Normally - if I don't missunderstood the docu - it should be visible as child a tree element of "/" (root or "base" dir).
When I manually try to access /dl/ via one of the named clients above I get inside and see all the nice contents of d:\downloads (the virtual path). but if I don't know the path name I am lost...
Sorry, what the hell am I doing wrong?
