Switching Between Sites Problem

I am using Ver 2.0 Build 1539 and find that when after working on one site, I select another site from Site Manager the program seems to do the 'disconnect' after the connect leaving the right side panel empty. This happens quite a lot. Ver 1.3 didn't do this. I might have to go back to that. In fact I found no problems with Ver 1.3.
