I have CoreFTP server installed on my side and I have a client can't access the SFTP server through public key authentication. We have verified that the public key is good one (It works fine with FileZilla on client side). But when they using their own SFTP clint software (BATSFTP with SSH2_5.3) it get the below error message:

Putty access
When I try to use Putty connect with CoreFTP, I always get the bellow error message:
Unable to excute command of shell on remote system: Failed to execute Process.
Connection closed by remote host.
Is that because Coreftp does not support Putty?
