"Correct Associated Data"?? HELP!

I am still trying to connect to a URL. I put it in in this format: www.my.name.org . I'm positive that the username and password are correct. But I keep getting a message that says: "The requested name is valid and was found in the database, but it does not have the correct associated data being resolved for."

I'm not even sure what that's supposed to mean!!!! All I know is I'm getting pretty tired of this software!

It doesn't have anything to do with the Core FTP software, it's DNS related:
