Took time using the protocol ssh/sftp with no problem, but recently customers have asked me for ftp access, I created a new port for but have not gained access, do not quite understand where the problem may be because I I fail either.
I have enabled in the same domain, I have created another, I tried different ports even with the same I use for sftp and nothing.
