I am having problems establishing a connection behind a DFL-210 firewall. I have SAT all requests to 21 to the FTP server. I have allowed all requests to 21 to the FTP server. Here are the details in the CoreFTP Client

500 Command not understood.
I receive a prompt that states "A connection was established, but SSL or TLS security was not negotiated or accepted. ..."
I see no drops either from my external IP or from the internal FTP Server IP in the firewall logs.
I can see the logon message, so I know the communication is going through the firewall.
I can connect with FTP-PASV.
What am I missing?
