Core FTP

I'm running a licensed build 160 on Windows 2003 Server and after having the process & server running for several days it has gotten up to 226mb of virtual memory being used. This server is used very little, almost 99% of the time just me uploading files for the web server, so it shouldn't be doing that. Any ideas on what might be causing it? Anything I could do to help narrow down the problem?
