Setup Core FTP to allow remote sites to Upload files

Hi, am trying to setup the Core FTP software such that a remote PC can upload files to mine.

My PC is running on Windows NT 4.0 and it has a ixed IP address.

Any suggestions of how I can go about doing this with Core FTP sw??
All inputs are welcome....Thanks in all cases

For someone else to connect to your own PC, you would need the server software running on any PC that is to be connected to:
