Path Not Found

I use Core FTP Lite to upload files to my company's web site. I created 4 different folders with pdf files in them that I need on the website, but when I upload the folders using Core FTP the folders will show up but when I click on them to see the pdfs it comes up with path not found. What would be causing it to do this?

Do you have any blanks in the path?
