Upgrade CoreFTP server

I am at version 1.0 Build 271. I downloaded ver1.0 Build 349.
I have several questions...

1. Do I need a new license for the later build?
2. Am I wasting my time doing an upgrade to build 349? What are the differences?

Your license should work with the new build. Install over your existing version.

Most of the changes are listed here by build.
