Home Directory not showing List of subdirectories upon logon

I have just installed Core FTP Server, but can't seem to figure out how to get the home directory to show the list of subdirectories upon logon by a user (using Fetch). If the user specifies a specific existing subdirectory upon login, the files (and subdirectories) in that directory will list, but if he just logs into "/" then nothing is listed and then he doesn't know what subdirectories exist, nor can he "click on them" to explore them.
