Filezilla and CoreFTP Server

I am trying to allow a customer using Filezilla to access our Core FTP server but they need a ppk file. When I use PuttyGen to try and import the key generated by CoreFTP, it states that it is an unsupported key format. Can someone help me with a solution? Thanks.

Have the customer generate a ppk file themselves using puttygen.

They will then export the public key and send it to you to use in the security properties of the user in Core FTP Server.
