Directory permissions bug ?!

Hello,
i try out today Core FTP Server!
The idea is:
5 people want to using the Server.
The directory structure looks like
*ALL
*Person1
*Person2
*Person3
...
...
________________
Now... for Person1 i make permissions to see the dir und read the files for the directorys "ALL" and "Person1". And i DONT want, that the other dirs (Person2,...) can be seen by him.
He should only see 'his' and the 'all' directory.
Can someone help me?
